Development of the activity
Each boy decorates and paints his box, previously closed, with collage, paintings, etc. When all the children have decorated their boxes, the educator tells them that they can begin to place a box to the side or on top of another one to form a big sculpture. The adult helps ataching with adhesive tape the boxes until all are placed. When the work is finished, the educator encourages the children to observe the resulting form and give their opinion on what they have built and how they could continue decorating using more material such as plastic, cloths, paper of all types, paintings, etc. once it is ready, the children can seat before the sculpture so that the educator can takes a picture can be enlarge and used to decorate the classroom.
